What is NatureSnap Pro?

NatureSnap Pro is our premium subscription that gives you unlimited identifications, detailed species information, and access to your full identification history. It costs R49/month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your NatureSnap Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Why isn't my photo being identified correctly?

For best results, make sure the animal or plant is clearly visible and well-lit. Close-up photos with the subject in focus work best. Blurry or dark images may lead to less accurate results.

Does NatureSnap work offline?

No, NatureSnap requires an internet connection to analyze images using our AI system. Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data when using the app.

Is my data secure?
